What is Psychotherapy?

What to Expect

Your initial session will be focused on developing a comprehensive history and understanding of what is bringing you into treatment. By the end of the evaluation, we will be able to assess your needs and provide a treatment recommendation. Following the start of treatment, your clinicians will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that will support you in meeting your goals at Quintessential Health.
