Lindsay Cleary, M.S.Ed., is a psychology trainee at Quintessential Health. She received her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. Lindsay is currently attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she is working towards earning her Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Her research interests include attachment style, children's mental health, personality disorders, and trauma. 

 

Lindsay's clinical experience includes using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with individuals with a wide range of mental health disorders including schizophrenia, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, adults with comorbid mental health and substance use disorders, and children. She has worked in residential facilities, outpatient centers, inpatient rehabilitation and detoxification clinics, and schools. Lindsay currently lives in Philadelphia, PA, and enjoys taking care of her cats, working out, painting, and spending time with friends and family.
