Maria Sperry, M.S., is a psychology trainee at Quintessential Health. She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University Maryland in 2016. Maria is currently receiving her Doctorate of Psychology (Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from the APA accredited Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her current research focuses on exploring the impact of anxiety disorders on the perceptions and relationship quality of siblings. Her clinical experience includes treatment and assessment of clients diagnosed with a range of mental health disorders including, but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Substance Use Disorder. Maria has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with youth Anxiety, OCD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has also completed training in telepsychology from the American Psychological Association. She currently lives in Baltimore, MD, where she will be providing gender affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. She enjoys spending time with her family and jogging with her puppy, Jax.
